Kaytan Shisha & Food Lounge

The service was bad, we ordered and waited for almost 50 mins and nothing came. When we asked about the order they blamed on us, although we discussed the order with waiter. Also, you have to wait for more than 1 hour and half or more to site next to the window.

Food is great. But table service is zero. There was no one to greet us when we entered. We sat on a table and no one came to offer us the menu and ask our order. The menu is so pathetic, just a white A4 printed page. In this time of pandemic, they still hand over dirty A4 page printed menus which has food stains. (I have attached the picture of the menu) The food is 4/5 but but hospitality is 2/5 or rather 1/5. I would only come again if the hospitality was adequate. Location and view is great.

The best night since I came in Istanbul. Thanks to Tarik we were able to have the best time here. Very friendly, great service. Highly recommended🙏🏻

We felt very welcomed when we arrived. The staff was very friendly especially Ercüment Dogan 😁 he was very kind and caring! They offered us another table with a better view of the skyline. The view is stunning 😍 We can highly recommend!

I didn’t get to try everything here, I mostly came for the view, and it’s a really nice view. 10/10. It’s a busy place so please reserve ahead that way you get a good spot to sit and enjoy the view. The mojito was really good. It didn’t taste like alcohol because it had a lot of ice. The service was actually great compared to what everyone was saying I was not disappointed at all.

Good Resturant.. We went their for breakfast.. Prices are normal.. a little above the average in Istanbul.. There is a parking nearby.. Staff are friendly and helpful.. Taste is okay.. Sitting next to the sea is the most nice experience..

When there is a racist employee, it will definitely leave a bad impression of the place. With the words and demeanor of the blonde haired server, he asked me to wait 10 minutes to find a table. Three women came after me, and every time he asked me to wait again, it seemed to me that he wanted me to leave the place. Finally, after it became clear to him that I was insisting on finding a table, with racist insults and an angry tone, he quickly asked me to sit at a table next to the accountant...but to be honest, the tea was beautiful and the shisha was wonderful with the flavor of two Turkish apples. Also the manager of the place was very polite and respectful. I finished my seat within an hour and a half and left. This employee must be held accountable. Because I was patient and tolerated the situation, others will not tolerate it. Sorry for the long post, thanks 👍🏿

Great place! Good food, everything was really delicious. There a great view under the Bosphorus bridge.

Friendly staff and great location to enjoy the view.
