Nice hotel, but doesnt have park for bus

Clean, quiet and warm room. Friendly staff. TV didn't work, however, it wasn't important to me. The breakfast wasn't bad.

The room could be a bit cleaner, although it was quite clean in general. Good option to stay for 1 night or a few. Close to metro. And very good for its price

There was a man with tail (long hair) in his head was wery negative and unpleasant. That's why I give 1 star.

Exceptional! Best Hotel - the staff are very friendly, good services, breakfast (included) super OK, clean and beautiful place. They have a great sauna and nice fitness room. Most important for Istanbul: this hotel have a good and safe parking. I recommend it!

Affordable price, very nice staff, good location. Clean room. I liked it. I think its a very good hotel if you want to stay IN Maltape district.

It's a very reasonable hotel. The prices are lowest in the whole area. They have complimentary breakfast which is pretty staple. The rooms are not that big but they are well stocked. They could do better with cleaning and maintenance. The staff is friendly and the service is good.

The price is reasonable. I thought that they are two hotels. But it turned out that the same hotel shared the entrance and the restaurant. But part of it was renewed and the other part is older. Which is the reason for the difference in price. I will not stay there again. Its location at a distance of five minutes walk is between it and the bus and metro station. The room had a very nasty cigarette smell. Reception staff weren’t friendly.

Some time ago I've stayed this hotel on the 5th floor with balcony and sea view, I like princess islands view and decided come again. Today I've booked same room by phone call (reception told ok) and immediately paid by bank transfer money. But! When I came the hotel (at 14.30, its half an hour after payment) they made me wait 20 mins, and after told that 5th floor has technical problems (suddenly) and I cant stay there. After long long dealing with this problem (by the way when they saw my unhappiness immediately English language was changed to turkish and just my husband could deal with them by phone, such a disrespect in my opinion) I got room without balcony, without sea view, without bottles of water, without tea or coffee, + toilet with leakage, burning floor near the bed and no plugs near the bed or table. Oh, sorry, yeah, they gave me back 50 tl (3 usd)...total disappointed and regret that came...

I stayed in the not renovated part of the hotel, for 6 nights. The price was very cheap, something like 16EUR per night. With that price I could not ask for more. The room was old but clean. The bathroom also, the same. There were points I could complain, but everything is according to the price you pay. The room was being cleaned everyday. I felt very good. The restaurant was open only for breakfast and the breakfast staff was very helpful and nice. I will return if I have business again in that part of the citt
