I was there with my fiance yesterday. Everything was awesome music, atmosphere, food and the kindness of waiters. People complain about the prices. Don't you pay 25 euro for a dish in Paris. So, why are you complaining in Turkey while they provide you an amazing atmosphere.

I'd give it a two notes just for the service. Restaurant very normal and expensive for what it is... the quality of the food is not very good, the atmosphere is nice but you can find it in other restaurants and the frequentation is not at the top. ⚠️they don't take reservations for 2 or 3 people, and on the spot they seat you at tables, not on the terrace. We were also obliged to pay for the 400 lira service in cash, except that we wanted to pay by card, something I've never seen in other places of the same style. The quality of the food was mediocre and not very good. The nightclub is nice but not much more, but they still look down on people when you don't have a table...

Although the rate is not so high here in google maps but it really deserves to take 5 . For the great atmosphere , drinks and cocktails and perfect DJ plus the location in the heart of Ortokay Istanbul

“During my visit to Ruby last Saturday with my wife, I encountered an issue with the billing process. The expected amount, including tax, should have been 3600 TL, but the handwritten bill presented by the waiter stated a total of 4500 TL (4000 TL + 500 TL). Additionally, I was not given the opportunity to verify the bill as the waiter did not allow me to count the money. I would appreciate clarification and resolution regarding this matter.”

They wanted a staggering 1400 TL at the entrance to let me in on a Saturday night because I went alone and the security said they only allow couples or groups inside. They said they can only let me in if I pay an entrance of 50 USD (1300 TL). I gave them 1400 -> no change and no receipt. I don’t know if the owners know about this or if it’s just a hustle among the security guards, but in any case it’s disgraceful. Besides this the club has a nice atmosphere and good music, the sour taste in my mouth started with me getting inside. This was last night.

Worst experience ever . I paid for uber just to go there from very far place , and i was expecting to have a good night . But ones i arrived i stayed for max 15 min and walked out . If you wanna go to this place i don’t recomand it at all, i asked for one plate the server did not like it . She said if you are coming here they expect you to have dinner drinks and desert . I was not hungry so i asked only for one plate . And 2 drinks. They treated me very very very bad . They started looking at each other . And talking about us (me and my friend) the waiter talked to us in very bad way. Meaning if you pay well we treat you well . It was very bad , note i did not even stay for the club . I stayed 15 min. Worst worst 15 min in a lifetime . I could pay for more . But it s not worthed . I went to another place and had a very good night and ordered what ever i want

We had an engagement party there. Great food and service. Restaurant and club managers were great guys who helped us through everything.
